G’day,

Having walked over the Harbour Bridge with my friend from NZ, we decided to head for the Sydney Opera House. As my photos of the Sydney Harbour Bridge showed, it was an awesome sunset. Praise be to God. The Opera House has always intrigued me.   Jorn Utzon’s  design was amazing. sadly there was much angst between him and the Cahill Government. I don’t know if it is true, but I was told that the Opera House is sinking 1mm each year, probably just an urban myth. Even if true, by my calculations, it will sink 1m in 1000 years. So we won’t need to worry about it. However, in God’s Kingdom on earth, that might be a different prospect. It was a spectacular sunset looking back to the bridge and the CBD. But there was a glow about the Opera house as well. I recalled to my friend how I once sat in the front row  of the main auditorium to listen to Handel’s Messiah. It was a great night.

All in all, We had a great walk and saw the best sunset of the Bridge I have ever experienced.
